Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Estimate Writer in the Birmingham Metro area — full-time or part-time. No experience needed; we provide full paid training and all equipment.

If you're outgoing, love variety, and enjoy being out and about meeting people rather than sitting at a desk, this is your kind of job. You'll build relationships with local businesses and homeowners, generate new estimates, and turn conversations into long-term customers.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM (no nights or weekends!)
Pay: $14–$20+ per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities

What You'll Do:

Drive proactive outreach and in-person prospecting to generate new commercial estimates
Follow up with key contacts and warm leads to build lasting relationships
Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Bring strong communication skills to every phone call and face-to-face conversation
Stay organized and follow through on every lead

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
