Fish Window Cleaning has served homes and businesses across the Birmingham metro since 2018, and we're hiring 1–2 new team members. No background in the trade required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
No squeegee skills. No degree. No certifications. Show up ready to work, and we'll teach you the rest.
A day on the job
- Cleaning windows, screens, and tracks at residential and small commercial properties
- Most work is ground-level; occasional ladder use, which we'll fully train you on
- Travel to job sites in a company vehicle
- Interacting with customers and wrapping up each job with a clean, finished result
Pay
- Starting at $16/hour during your roughly 2-week training period
- Moves to performance-based pay after that — most techs land $18–22/hour
- Experienced team members earn $25+/hour
- Paid every two weeks
Hours
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, about 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- No evenings, no weekends — ever
- We work in most weather conditions and will always give you a heads-up on what to expect
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license with a clean-ish driving record
- Willing to work on a ladder occasionally
- Able to lift roughly 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
- Reliable and punctual
- 18 years or older

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
